Shipping Policy

At Bone & Harvest, we take every step to ensure your order arrives fresh, safe, and in peak quality.

Shipping Method

  • All raw food products are shipped frozen using insulated packaging designed to maintain proper temperature during transit.
  • We currently ship orders via 2–3 day shipping to ensure product quality and safety.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
  • You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Frozen Packaging

  • Your order is carefully packed with insulation and cooling materials to keep products frozen during the shipping window.
  • While it is normal for products to partially thaw at the edges, they are still safe to refreeze or refrigerate as long as they are cool to the touch upon arrival.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Please plan ahead to receive your shipment. Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to promptly store products in the freezer.
  • Bone & Harvest is not responsible for spoilage if packages are left unattended after delivery or not stored properly.

Shipping Availability

  • We currently ship nationwide within the continental United States.
  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes
