Direct-to-consumer raw dog food made in Glendale, AZ. Human-grade, formulated to meet AAFCO nutrient profiles, flash-frozen in 1-lb flat packs and shipped 2-day anywhere in the lower 48. No grains, no fillers, no synthetics — just real food in prey-model ratios (80% muscle meat, 10% organs, 10% bone).

Can I buy once or subscribe?
Both. Order a la carte or subscribe to automate deliveries and save 10%. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account.
How do I change my order after checkout?
Message us ASAP at support@boneandharvest.com with your order details and we'll do our best before your box ships.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards and accelerated checkout options (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) when available.
Is there free shipping?
Yes — free 2-day shipping on orders $149 and up. Below that, shipping is a simple flat rate by region: $9 West, $15 Central, $29 East. The flat fee covers less than half of what insulated 2-day cold shipping actually costs — we cover the rest.

How much should I feed?
Start with the total daily amount split into 2 meals, and adjust by body condition weekly:
How do I switch from kibble?
Transition over 7-10 days: 25% raw, then 50%, then 75%, then 100%. Mild stool changes can occur — slow down if needed. For the full day-by-day plan, check our Transition Guide.
Can I mix raw with kibble?
Yes. Keep raw cold, handle safely, and watch stools and energy. Many owners mix during the transition or long-term — both approaches work.
Ingredients & Nutrition
What's in the food?
Human-grade proteins and organ meats with simple recipes designed for a species-appropriate diet. No fillers like corn, wheat, or soy. The chicken is chicken thighs and breast — the same cuts you'd eat at home. The beef is standard cuts like shoulder and round. It's truly Raw Done Right.
Do your recipes meet AAFCO nutrient profiles?
Yes. Our recipes are formulated to meet AAFCO nutrient profiles, and lab-tested to confirm.
Do you add synthetic vitamins or minerals?
We favor whole-food nutrition and minimal ingredient lists. We add an all-natural supplement derived from premium ingredients such as Norwegian kelp and organic cold-milled whole ground flaxseed to ensure your dog gets everything they need. Allergens?
Always check product pages and labels. If your dog has a known protein allergy, choose an alternate protein and introduce slowly.
Handling, Storage & Safety
How is the food packaged?
Vacuum-sealed 1-lb flat packs, boxed with insulation and cold packs so it arrives cold — refreeze on arrival.
How long does it keep?

Can I refreeze?
If portions arrive cold and remain at refrigerator temperature (40°F or below) and are unopened, refreezing once is generally acceptable. For best quality, avoid refreezing fully thawed, opened portions.
Food safety tips?
Handle like any raw meat: keep cold, use clean utensils, wash hands and surfaces, and sanitize your dog's bowl after each meal.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the lower 48 states via 2-day cold shipping. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes. Orders $149+ ship free; below that, a flat regional rate ($9 West / $15 Central / $29 East).
Will it arrive frozen?
Boxes ship 2-day in insulated packaging with ice packs, and go out Monday–Tuesday so they never sit in transit over a weekend. It's completely normal for the food to arrive cold but partially thawed — if it's cool to the touch, it's safe to refrigerate or refreeze per the guidance above.
What if my box is delayed or warm?
Snap photos of the box, insulation, and product as received and contact us the same day so we can make it right.
Returns & Guarantees
What's your return policy?
Because our food is perishable, we don't do physical returns — there's nothing to ship back. Your first order is covered by our Licked Clean Guarantee below. For carrier issues (late, warm, or damaged boxes), contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or credit.
Licked Clean Guarantee — If your dog doesn't love their first order, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund it in full — no need to return anything. We'll often share a quick transition tip first (most picky eaters come around), but if it's still not working, you get your money back. Your dog's health comes first.

Quick Troubleshooting
My dog has soft stools.
Slow the transition, reduce daily amount slightly for a few days, add a simple topper like plain pumpkin, and ensure consistent thaw and handling.
My dog seems hungrier on raw.
Dogs love the taste and will be very excited at mealtime — they may eat quickly! Unlike kibble, our meals are soft and go down easy. If your dog is losing weight, increase toward 3% of ideal body weight, split into two meals, and reassess body condition after 1-2 weeks.
